In order to fully demonstrate the national Yangtze River ecological and environmental protection, the characteristic humanities of the reservoir area, industrial economy, tourism resources, rural revitalization, etc., to help Chongqing play an exemplary role in promoting the green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,On the afternoon of March 23, the "Walking in China ? 2021 Overseas Chinese Media High-level Chongqing Tour—Focusing on the Construction of Green Yangtze River Ecological Civilization" joint delegation visited Chongqing Environmental Protection, a subsidiary of Conch Venture. Zhang Zongbiao, chairman and general manager of Chongqing Environmental Protection, led the company's team members to warmly receive the visiting group.
Before the project sand table, Zhang Zongbiao introduced to the visiting delegation the development history, production and operation of Chongqing Environmental Protection, as well as the process and technical advantages of co-processing solid and hazardous waste using cement kilns.He said that the use of cement kiln co-processing solid and hazardous waste technology makes full use of the high-temperature calcination characteristics of cement kilns, which can dispose of various types and forms of industrial solid and hazardous waste, with thorough treatment, no ash and slag discharge, and a high degree of resource utilization.
During the period, the visiting group watched the environmental protection promotional video of Conch Venture and observed the whole process of solid and hazardous waste disposal on the spot.
The visiting delegation expressed gratitude to Chongqing Environmental Protection for its warm reception and unanimously praised the contribution of Conch Ventures to local economic development and the construction of ecological civilization in the Yangtze River.They all stated that Conch Venture' use of cement kiln co-processing solid waste project has truly realized the “reduction, resource utilization, and harmless” disposal of industrial waste.It is one of the most economical, environmentally friendly and thorough disposal methods at present.It is of great significance to improve the regional ecological environment and promote the sustainable development of society and economy. It has thoroughly implemented the scientific thesis of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains" proposed by Comrade Xi Jinping.
